Raffles, Draws & Competitions
The Promoter of all Competitions, Raffles and Draws is Stillwater Fisheries of 5 Sandhaven Place, Inverkip, PA16 0FE
These terms apply to all Raffles, Draws and Competitions held on the Promotors website at stillwaterfisheries.com
All entrants will be placed into a draw and the winner will be chosen by random online game such as roulette wheel or other similar game where the winner is chosen at random.
By agreeing to these terms you grant us permission to share your name on our live draws which are carried out on our website or Social Media channels. The Winner’s full name will be announced during the live draw. If you wish for your name to be censored during the live draw please contact stillwaterfisheries@gmail.com with reasonable time left prior to the prize draw taking place.
All Raffles, Draws and Competitions are only open to residents of the UK and must be over 18 years old.
Prizes will only be dispatched to a valid Business or Residential address in the UK. No PO Boxes allowed.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition and claim the prize. If you fail to provide the Promoter with any such proof of ID (Proof Age by a Valid Passport Or Driving License) or other information that they may require within a reasonable time, you may be disqualified from the competition.
